Makwa Global is proud to announce the addition of Gwen Lacy as Vice President for Business Development. Gwen brings over 20 years of industry expertise with customers such as DoS, DHS, DoD and many more. Her experience includes client relationship management, business development, proposal development, and capture strategy. Gwen will support and impact the company’s growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout the business development lifecycle.
Before joining Makwa Global, Gwen most recently was the Executive Vice President of Business Development for PCI where she led all aspects of the business development process. Previously, Gwen held a position at All Native Group as the Executive Director of Business Development where she was responsible for defining strategic business development goals, maintaining key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing all aspects of BD. Prior to that, Gwen held positions at Jacobs Engineering and PAE Group in proposal development.
Gwen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in customer-focused business development that will provide immediate value to our company. With her insights and innovative approach, I am confident Gwen will bring expertise and fresh perspective to forge new partnerships and opportunities.
